I sent for 2 free creams but paid postage for both at £3.04 for each, never received them because I had card from postman for £19.01 for each one, I didn't bother to collect. Today found they took £62.26 out of my account on Sep 4 and stated it was a recurring visa transaction. I have cancelled my card and drawn all of my money out of my account, also contacted the bank and am receiving a form to fill in.
