I had a fraudulent check trying to be cashed from my bank account. I NEVER authorized this transaction, or have a loan out from Loan Tree Advances, but they acquired my account information via the internet, and generated a fraudulent check for $30, and caused me to be charged with a $35.00 insufficient funds charge. Just before christmas!!
