Teambuy sold a coupon for a window cleaning service. (Holmes Window Cleaning from Spencer Homes) When the cleaning service had not been provided we asked Teambuy for a refund. They said they'd provide the refund, but have not pulled through in 11 months!
We were told a refund would be processed last October 2nd 2011 by Byron Myne ([email protected]). Nothing arrived.
Then we were told a refund would be processed on August 12th by Charlene Niganobe ([email protected]). Still nothing has arrived.
Two weeks ago, Aug 27th, we asked that the matter be addressed urgently - as we'd be very patient for a long time already. Teambuy has not responded.
With a lot of communication, and patience over eleven months, Teambuy has still left us empty handed.
It's been almost a year … is there a time period that a refund should be provided within?
What can we do to get the refund that we were told we would receive?
