Ordered the FREE bottle of Green Coffee Extract for a shipping charge of $4.95. I read all the information I could find to make sure they wouldn't charge me without my consent for more or send me anymore product without my ordering it. I just looked at my account and was charged $79.99 from WWGCP 18552437995.
I googled the phone number and was directed to your website to file a complaint.
I did call the company and after being hung up on 3 times I started talking into the hold music. They immediately informed me that I was being monitored and then Ken pick up the phone. I told him I wanted a complete refund that the charges were never authorized and that I was contacting the Attorney General in Arizona and filing another complaint. You see the Attorney General will actually visit this location. Ken told me to return the product to PO Box 30371, Phoenix, AZ 85046-0371 and then corrected himself and told me I could keep the product and that he would issue a complete refund of my $79.99 in 3-5 days. I told him I wanted ALL my information purged from his system and that they were remove my name from everything. He said he would do that immediately. I got a cancellation number from him that was immediately follow up with emails with the same cancellation information and confirmation that my name had been removed from their system.
I will keep you posted but my bank will get a call ASAP to block anymore debits to my acct from this company!
