I purchased a Drive electric wheelchair but within the waranty the material on the seat started to split. I reported this to the suplier but was told that it came into the heading of fair wear anear. My argument is that if you buy a new car and the seat material splits within the waranty and you feel that you have used the product corectly it should be replaced. Whilst trying to argue this point the call was disconected and the company wont deal with me at all. I recomend that when one is buying a disability product that you research the suplier first.
