I experienced the worst customer service from UnionBank Fullerton Branch (911 N. Harbor Blvd).
On 9/10 I called and provide all info and form for new consumer account. The person told me it will get approval on Tuesday, but Wed., I called, they said they lost info, and the person who doing approval is on vacation for 3 weeks. Thursday I called, still not get approval at all. They said the new operation manager didn't know the situation, so it won't be able to approve.
1 week passed. No one take care of my new account. I don't know what kind of service is that? I never experience this with other banks ever before.
