2 months ago i have learned that were still taking payments on my husbands on my policy. My policy #B1339175, B1339174. He died on aug 20ta 2008. I maild a death cert. 4 years ago and fax another one that end july. I havent heard anything from you. I also call michael moore district sales cord 4 times and he never called back.
