On 8/29 I ordered a pair of Uggs from the above web site. I received them on 9/06. They were to small, I checked the shipping label it was in Chinese, from China. I got back on there web site, no shipping address. I clicked on contact us, and after 3 days received a reply. I can return the uggs but must pay the shipping. NO shipping address. I have emailed them 7 times. There 2nd reply was I should rethink returning the uggs, as it is not cost effective. NO shipping address again. I have now learned they are not real Uggs, they are FAKE. My credit card company has already paid Bootsoutlet. I want to get there web site shut down, so no one else is treated this way. I would like my credit card credited the full amount, as I didn't get what I ordered.
