I ordered 2 pair of nike tennis shoes from cckicks.com. Two weeks after the order was placed, I never saw the merchandise so I emailed the company to get the status of my delivery and I was informed that one pair was not available. I then chose another pair and a period of time went by and still no delivery of the items. I then emailed back to get a update and the company informed me that the pair I chose the 2nd time was out of stock as well. I then asked for a refund and the company did not have a problem with that. I was told by the so-called customer service department that my funds would be debited within 20 days. It has now been 46 days and still no refund to my account. I have sent emails to the customer service department numerous times in which they will not respond or reply back.
