Ordered a pair of nike sandals from http://www.nikegladiatorsandalswomen.com / and was told the pair i ordered was out of stock and to choose another pair any pair was fine. I did so and got a email saying they had been sent. Two days later i got another email sayn all of their shoes were out of stock and i would have to wait some months. I asked them for a refund of my money and was told three weeks ago this would happen minus 5% deduction from the bank which i was fine with and my money has still not been refuned. Every time i ask about my refund i get sent the same email telling me about the 5% deduction and it says when i reply it will be refunded. I have replyed four times now and still no refund. They obviously ripped me off: (
