I ordered two pairs of shoes from this website. I got 1 correct pair and 1 wrong pair. I emailed them to either get a refund or get the correct pair, and they told me they were out of stock and I could not get a refund. They told me the pair they sent me was more expensive than the one I ordered and it was a gift to me, yet I still had to pay for it.
