I purchased a perfume for christmas as a gift. It turned out to be the wrong one. I returned it to the sender with a return slip I bought. I emailed the company to confirm that if I return it, I will get my money back for the perfume and the return postage. This is the email I receive back:
Dear (Personal Info Removed),
Please ship it back to us. Once we receive it we will refund 103.98 to your account... We will refund up to $ 10 for your return shipping charges.

I never received my money back and to this date they do not respond to me. Online, it shows they are out of business, however I never got my money back and I want to be paid the money back for the problem I don't have and returned to the company.
