No money back for item returned Fairfield

I ordered online an art from Joann before last Christmas and was sent a wrong size art. Order confirmation#: R14xxxxxxx or Order#on packing slip: xxxxxxx

I emailed Joann customer service department to request for a shipping label so that I don't have to pay for shipping for items bought in Christmas time. I got a free shipping label sent via email by Becky. I also talked with a customer service representative to know that I just need to pack the merchandize with packing slip inside and drop it off at any post office and I will get money back to my credit card. I went to the post office in Burien, WA to mail the art back by provided shipping label on Jan. 3rd 2008. I didn't have to pay for mailing so that was the reason why I don't have a receipt. I did not know that I could pay couple dollars to ask for a mailing confirmation.

Here were what I did for more than 4 months:
I sent the first email on Dec. 7th 2007 written that they shipped the wrong size art. I got an automatic respond from Joann on Dec. 11 2007 to acknowledge wrong order received (Ticket# LTK11805242997X). I sent another email on the same day asking for how I could send the item back because on the packing slip written that Joann will reimburse the shipping cost for all the return items shipped by Jan. 15th (I still have a copy of the packing slip and all the emails that I sent to them)

On Jan. 2nd I got an email (LTK11806617034X) from Becky, a customer service rept. Sent me the free shipping label and the email wrote that "We will issue a credit that will be reflected on your next billing statement".

I went to the post office on Jan. 3rd 2008 to drop of the art packed carefully in the original box with packing slip inside and mailed to Joann with the provided label. Since then, I haven't gotten money back on my credit card by Joann as promised so I sent another email to Joann on January 25th and got an acknowledge email automatically (Ticket# LTK11806617034X) but no-one contact me or resolve the problem.

I sent out an email on Feb. 11th to ask for my money back and received the acknowledge email (Ticket# LTK11806617034X) again on Mar. 17th. Finally on Mar. 28th I received a respond email from Felicia, a customer care rept. With the content below:

"I have communicated with our warehouse to find out if the item was received. Unfortunately at this moment they will be out of the office until Monday to respond. I wanted at least let you know that action has been taken to get your refund. Once I hear back from the warehouse, I willl communicate with you regarding your return. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we will be working diligently to remedy this situation." NO THING SOLVED YET HERE.

I sent an email on April 2nd & April 15th and received 2 acknowledge emails as usual but no one respond to my email yet. I have been waiting for them to credit back my money $83.81 for the wrong order item sent to them for more than 4 months and still no one actually working on this to solve the problem.

I have kept all the emails that I wrote to communicate with them as a proof of what I said. I have had really bad experience with this company. Please help me to get back my money for the returned item.
