Ordered an Anna Sui perfume just before Christmas last year. Been sent a more expensive Dior perfume instead.informed them that it was incorrect. I was offered to keep this perfume and pay the difference or return it and they will send the correct perfume once they have received the Dior perfume. So far so many emails to-ing and fro-ing but was told in May that it was the courier's fault. Because I have the receipt of postage they told me that they will make a claim from the courier but it will take a month. After six weeks I emailed them to find out more but my mail was returned as the website is no longer valid. I have been duped big time.
