2 years ago I bought one perfume in fragrance net. The smell of this perfume was not nice, so I returned it and they gave me my money back. Now, I ordered 2 perfumes Annick Goutal, and I hope they will be "real". Now, I am afraid cause I red all these reviews. I hope it will bo no problem. They working fast, sent me an emails with all information about delivery, and delivery is fast as I remember from 2 years back. BUT I do not recommend DERMSTORE as a place to buy any perfumes. They are DISHONEST and they stole my money. THERE IS A TRUE STORY HOW THEY TREAT ME - I bought a perfume for 50 bucks in DERMSORE - I have got an allergic reaction rush on my skin, headache, vomit - this is rare - so it could be fake - I called them and told them about what happened to me. A person from customer service (by phone) told me they do not give me my money back. So, I asked her what I have to do with this perfume which cost me 50 bucks, do I have to put it to the garbage or what? - and she was just laughing and told me - give it to somebody! Maybe it was funny for her, but not for me. So, my husband called them again, and they were more ugly for him then for me. Well, it was terrible experience, they do not have any respect for customers, they have strange return policy, you can't return any perfume, no matter what, so before you buy in DERMSTORE you have to read their policy. Because later on you can be very surprised. I will never ever buy form DERMSTORE again!!!
