Booked a flight for my Husband to fly from perth to melbourne on the 17 of August I have email of flight saved in my emails about flight. Went to go change flight on the 10th of August for him to fly back on the 11th of August, but due to my credit card declining i could not change date, so after that i went back into tigerairways to check my flight on line and it was still showing my husband could still fly back onthe 17th of August. Also i checked the flight again on the 11th of August and it was still showing that my husband was still flying back on the 17th of August. My Friend came over on the 12th of August and offered to pay any extra for me to get my Husband home earlier, which we were going to make it the 13th of August, she went in to pay the extra which was $50 but it wouldnt change the date, we did that on the 12th of August it took her money and then took my husband flight from the 17th Back to the 11th of August which was wrong, tigerairways won't pay my flight back but said they will pay the $50 back.
