I ordered a coffee table on January 16. I received a confirmation on January 17. My credit card was charged on January 16. I contacted the company via email on January 27 to inquire about my order. I tried calling the only phone number they offer and had to leave multiple messages with no response. I received an immediate email stating that the coffee table should have been shipped out but it had missed the truck, but I was assured that it would be sent the following week and received within 7 days. My first response was from Julie. After sending another email on February 3rd and February 8th with a response from Jessica I was told that the table was shipped and they would send the tracking number. We have never received the tracking number or the coffee table. After 7 weeks, no coffee table, but a charge to my credit card. I have emailed them at least 7 times and called them a minimum of 10 times with no response. I have made a request to my credit card company to ask for a refund. They are investigating the information.
I have decided to try ordering the coffee table again via the internet. When I was looking for the same table, a web site called HiddenTreasures2day.com showed up. When I compared the HiddenTreasures2day.com and HomeFurniture2day.com, they both have the same address and phone numbers. Beware!!!
