This company charged my 89 year old father for who knows what. A refund via a 3rd party has been requested numerous times, but the company refuses to answer. My father does not hear well and did not understand that he was being charged for a service he did not want or need. The bank was not able to help in any way even though there was no written authorization for this deduction in his checking account. He receives very limited income and needs to have this money returned.
