My 86 year old father was sold a RX benefit plan in April. Payment for this plan was deducted directly and immediately from his checking account. My father is covered by a medicare supplement plan and did not need this coverage. I failed to stop payment on the check as I believed a refund would be issued once I returned the Kit. I have been calling weekly to a third party customer service company who tells me the refund has been approved but they can not tell me when the refund will be sent.
