Recieved promotional deal advertised, and after receiving and reading the info I quickly decided that I didn't want to take it. I phoned and said I wanted to cancel my contract with them. She first asked me if it was the cost, as they could make it cheaper for me, I said it wasn't so she gave me numbers to copy onto the parcel and instructed me how to return the goods.
I posted the package recorded mail and thought that was it, until I got my bank statement that is. They'd deducted over £110 from my account and the postage had cost me £10. The woman on the phone had told me to ensure my parcel was returned by the 27th August to prevent paying anymore. I checked with the Post Office and my parcel was delivered the 20th August. I now have to contact them and see where I can get, but from the complaints so far I'm not holding my breath!
