I bought a voucher from groupon New Zealand for a company called Super-clean and booked the spring clean for Friday 27th Jan. I received a confirmation on Thursday and was waiting for the cleaners on Friday at the
Appointed time. When they did not arrive I phoned Super-Clean to find out what was going on and was greeted by a
Message to say they had suspended trading. On the 28th Jan I asked Groupon for a refund. Twelve emails and 5 phone calls later and I am still waiting for my money back. I have been told several times that my case has been passed to someone more senior and that it has been escalated, whatever that might mean but still no refund.
