I went to Popeyes for lunch on Aug. 30 at 14:04 at store location 3241 and ordered a 3-piece combo. I had a coupon for buy a meal at regular price and get the second meal free for equal value.
The service was not good. I was in the drive-thru, and the girl asked me to pull into the front and she would bring my food out. After 20 minutes of waiting I still had no food, and when I went inside she only gave me two pieces of chicken with both meals.
I am very unhappy about the service I received. I hope that you would correct this problem, and I hope no one else would have to go through this problem again.
