This occasion, I paid for a medium coffee, pulled up to the 2nd window, employee never looked at me or came to the window, she looked to be making a new pot of coffee, and then walked away. I sat there for 5 minutes and waited, no one came to see what I was waiting on. She then made my coffee and gave it to me, never said sorry for your wait, and even told me they making a new pot. This location also is constantly making you pull over and wait on food. Just today 9/10, I went thru the line ordered 3 meals and 2 kids meals, I had to pull over wait for my food, I waited almost 10 minutes. There must have been 12 cars that went thru the line after me. I did not special order any item and I would hope that at any given moment they would have a big mac, a quarter punder, a chicken sandwhich, 3 fries and 2 chicken nuggett happy meals available. It is very irritating to have to pull over and wait on food, and watch car after car drive by, knowing that they ordered the same food you did!!!
