I purchased a Motorola xt912 from a dealer in Deer Park Wa about 6 months ago in order to have 4G LTE so I would get high speed on my computer. I purchased the phone only to see that it had a crack in it when I took it out of the box at home.
After some time with the dealer and Verizon you all determined that it was not any ones responceabilty to repair or replase so I had no choice but to use it. I was not able to get 4glte in the house but had a 5 to 15 mb outside. I was advised that I would need a booster to the price of around 500.00 which I am willing to do but in the last month I have had no 4glte signal inside or out and elected to discontinue the extra thirty dollars for my smart phone. I am now back to my old flip phone which gets a signal once in a while.
Today I was talking to someone that also on the verizon loon lake tower and they told me that they also went back to the old phone since Deer park Verizon store says the verizon tower is not working anymore. This venture hase cost me a lot of money and frustration. Verizon tech says that is all ok but they dont pay my bill. I am trying to be civil about this I am getting no where no how.
