Poor Signal, Dropped Calls and Phantom Messages

I live 1 mile from Verizon's tower, and cannot get a signal in my home. I have brought the phone in and have been told there is nothing they can do, I go outside in the A.M. And it says I have 4 or more messages, but there is nothing there! I an constantly losing calls, bad reception etc, etc

Hey Verizon, I can't hear you now!!! Do you hear this?
If you have a choice in wireless service, skip Verizon and try someone else
