Tryed to cancel my 3 day trial said i was late all chats were cut short and everywoman wanted sex talk and questions were similar and answers too was like computer genterated after 5 minutes they would not answer u anymore. Tried getting my money back refused said i was late by 53 minutes which is bs i was early by a day then said once i cancelled i still used it i said i was still trying to cancel and since u forced me into it im getting my moneys worth. Terrible experience said i should contact cupid.com somehow they are involved too even said i would take partial money back to no avail. Im filing a complaint with the bbb and stopping payment on my account plus informing everyone on fb what they are up to
