On aug 24 there was an unauthorized debit for $29.95 on my account. Googled customer service # and called. Got a customer service person and made a complaint and was told that amount would be credited in 10 business days. It is the 11th and i called the number again and now the message keeps you on hold and tells you that if you are calling for a refund their reps will be directing you to zms.org. Scammmmmmm!!!
It just has a field for you to enter your email / login name and phone number for password
when you do this it will tell you you have been approved for loan step 1 and then step 2 tries to have you esignature loan. Obvious scam since they are trying to really trick you into accepting a loan now because they are aware of all of us who have caught on to their $29.95 scam. Try submitting fraud complaint with bank first.
