I took out a small loan and was given a due date on when my payment will be due. I was told if I was to pay it off early that the fees for the loan would be less than what was quoted to me... I tried to contact this company by phone to make my payment early and the phone rings then tells you to select an option for the purpose of your call... At this point, I was put on hold and the automated system assured me that my call was important and that my call will be answered in the order it was received... After being on hold for 5 minutes it tells you to leave a message (which I did). NO ONE as of yet has called me back to resolve my issue (14 days later). I've tried several times on different days and still nothing... I then tried to pay using the website and it gives me an error message when I choose the return customer and customer service option. I googled this company and came across this complaint page and have immediately changed my account info... If they want their money back, they'll have to contact me directly and at that time will receive a Money Order... I will no longer use this company and they may have ruined the chances of me using any other service such as this one... Buyers beware!
