I wish I had search for reviews before I placed my order. I actually received an email just now asking me if I wanted to order again this year for my friend's bday. So I copied and pasted my reply below. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

Thank you. I appreciated receiving your friendly reminder email today. Normally, I would jump at the chance to place another order, but I wasn't
happy with my order last time. It was this time last year that I had ordered a live plant to be delivered to Carol at her office.instead, she was sent a floral arrangement which was embarrassing. Please don't get me wrong as the arrangement was nice, however Carol doesn't care for floral arrangements as she had a traumatic experience when her brother was killed in the Singapore Airlines disaster (no joke). I called no less than five times to have this error corrected and no one was willing to talk nor help me. Also, the "arrangement" was late as the person delivering the order couldn't find the business location... No one bothered to contact me and let me know that there was a problem. I was extremely disappointed when I had to call and ask why my order had not been fulfilled.
So, I hope you understand why I'm not interested in placing an order with your floral shop today. If you are willing to try and redeem your business from the situation at hand and guarantee me a product and delivery that will satisfy me then I might be willing to reconsider.
