I selected a red and white miniature rose plant that came with an angel pendant for a cousin who had recently lost both parents and placed my order online. I wanted a PLANT and keepsake rather than a floral arrangement that would only last a few days. A few days later - the day before the order was to be delivered - I received a call from FTD telling me that they no longer had that product available and asked me to choose something else over the phone. Even though I told them I was working and couldn't get online until later that day, they called me again about an hour later insistent that I choose another product. Since I wanted to be sure it was delivered before Christmas, I agreed. I chose another potted plant that was a mixture of greenery and live flowers. But instead they delivered a floral arrangement that had carnations and greenery in a vase. It cost $60 plus a $20 delivery fee and it looked like something that would have cost about $25 at the grocery store. All I received was an apology and then a few days later a 20% off coupon for future orders but there will be no future order for them to screw up. At least with Proflowers, you get what you order.
