Mr Ed Grobelny is the store manager. I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income and had to sell my 5 bedroom home. I downsized to a small 2 bedroom condo. On 6/30 I contracted with Home Depot to design kitchen cabinets and a counter top by having their kitchen designer, Chris Brown, to maximize as much room in the small kitchen, 9 foot x 9 foot, as possible. Listening to him has turned into a total disaster. To date, which is 9/5, and all the cabinets and counter tops are still not delivered and the dates for delivery are continuing to move to the right with always a different excuse. The most current change of dates was today from the store manager himself with another delay that the rest of the cabinets delivery date has been changed yet again from 9/14 to 9/18. It was about 3 weeks ago when the store manager and kitchen designer came to the condo to work out the problems. It was at this meeting I made some concessions so that we could move forward. Well it went from bad to worse since their visit and has continued to go down hill. Between the kitchen cabinets, counter tops and the purchase of all kitchen appliances from home depot I have over $10,000.00 invested in this kitchen. I really have no idea what my rights are and I have many more details and documents if needed. Please help, it has been since June and I still can't move in my condo because I have no kitchen. They are not trustworthy because when they give me a date it has always changed for some reason or another.
