On the 2nd July I placed an order with Chockers for 1 x RUSO Size: UK 4/37
As the wrong colour was ordered, I returned this item on the 13th July with an email confirmation from them on the 16th July confirming this had been received.
However I received my bank statement this week and despite it now being the 5th September nearly two months after the shoes were returned, I have not received my refund of £20.00.
Their email states to allow 28 days for a refund.
