Loan Tree advances submit a check from them for me for 30.00 and it was returned but the bank charged me 35.00 and since I have not paid them it has been going up like three times the charge of 30.00 has been applied to my account for unsufficient funds, this is wrong because I did not authorize them to do anything. I was looking for a short term loan but not with them and some how they have been fradulent in getting money out of my account. If there is anyway I can get some help I would appreciate it... This is becoming a nightmare and I do not know what other company has my information. My bank told me to call loan tree and they are not hearing what I am saying when I call, it seem to get disconnected and/or on hold for a long time. This company needs to be shut down so that this madness can stop.
