I checked my account and Loan Tree Advance had written a check taking money out of my account. A fee of 30.00 and I did not authorize them to use my account nor give them information to do. If anyone has helpful information to get something done about this please help. I tried to call and I keep getting put on hold for hours until I become fustrated and hang up. Because I cannot get anyone to answer my complaint or give me any answers. This is so not legal and something needs to be done about these people stealing your hard earned money! If I would have called to get a loan then that would mean I sure do not have any for someone to steal that is supposed to be a loan company. Even though I never even applied for a loan from this so-called company!
