This has been happening now for over a year I have made a complaint with consumer complaints Susan Draper took care of it Bryon & Davis wrote back and said they it it once witch iis not true but I did not take it farther because I was told I can hire a lawyer which I can not afford but they continue to gointo my acct without my consent. I have made a payment every month I call them, I have told the many times They are not to go into my acct. I pay my health ins every month 400.00 I have a 5000 deductable my husband has been out of work for 3 & 1/2 yrs I work full time for 30 yrs now just trying tomake ends meet I am not a dead beat and I know this is noit your problem and you hear this all the time but my bank acct. Is not for someone to go into without my consent them going into it and I dont have enough every will bounce but more important no one should go into someones acct with out their consent.
