I purchased a 19.90 minute card for a my cell phone, i called theplace to get credit for the minutes and was told"then" tht i had to bu the phone "their"s " to use the minutes. There is nothing there telling you ths. Thgen they family store people tell me to call trac phone, i did, trac phone says to cal the other plac. I feel this id fraud aND st up in just this fashion to take advantage of the ederly.$20 is a lot of money to me, i am disabled, broke andliving onsaw dust. Please get my money back frm these carnival type people
