Trac Phone Non English Customer service Disconected no call back

I have been on HOLD for over 2 hours but "My call is very important" they keep disconecting me even after taking my home phone number yet can not or will not call me back. My phone was stolen and all I wanred to do is transfer my minutes and phone number. But the wonderfull staff in India can't comprehend english.
Finally got through to an American speaking person who fixed it in 1/2 hr
Still 3 F... N hours to fix this
