I bought a gold chain it broke. I went back to sears they did not want to do any thing for me. I went to another jeweler and paid to have it fixed
got it back put it on, and it broke again, in another spot. I went back to the jeweler that fixed
it. And as the sales associate was looking at the
chain rite in front of me and others. The chain broke in another spot. At this time they told me it would be a wast of money to fix it, because it
is junk. I went back to sears. Again this rude lady that was of on help. I am done with sears
but i do not want any one to go through what i
have. With sears
