Whilst on holiday at the hotel i was rushed into hospital where i was treated and alowed to return to the hotel. But a week later had to return to the hospital because i was no better by this time the hospital had got the rest of my blood test back and advised me to cut my holiday short and go home to see my specialist. We went back to the hotel and told alan who is the owner. Is answer was you are not getting a refund. With a week to run this would have been £800 i was shocked at is attitude because we have been going to this hotel for a few years. I know he could have relet our room and not lost out. We know thats what he would have done if we had walk away. Onece i get back on my feet i will be taking up a claim against him in the small claims court for a refund and also for the distress caused to me and my family.
