I would just like to add my part of information towards the Elgordo Loteria Primitiva Santa Lucia Security COmapny S. A scam. After reading other several reports it is clear that the details and numbers are exactly the same with only the names printed on the envelope and date of prize being changed. I was not aware of this report site the first time i checked up on the companys however luckily on second attempts just to be convinced i found this report site and am now aware of the scam. Many thanks to the site and reports filed as the members of my family were very close to filling in their account details etc being not fluent with English and due to not understanding the legal concepts and not noticing the forgery.
Many areas of the scam has been mentioned so to cut short i just wanted to note that i am a seventeen years old from Australia just wanting to inform people out there that if this scam has made its way to the residents of down under what chances are it hasn't spreaded round many other countries and fooled numerous amounts of victims. I think that more people should be aware of this in many countries and speak up. Legal proceedings should take action to aviod any further victims.
