I never received the trial order which my account was charged 4.95 on August 15. On August 30 my account was charged 89.95. I called customer service and spoke with J.R. He told me to check with my post office to see if it wasn't delivered to me on a particular day. My mail person checked this out and confirmed that he did not deliver a package for me. He would have left a notice on my door if i was not home. However, I am home everyday. Very upset!
