When i last submitted my contact lense receipt in May my claim was denied by BlueView Vision because they said that i had to wait until the anniversary date of August 1. On August 1, my wife and I got our eye exam and contact lenses. When I submitted the claim for August 1's services, I never received a check.
On August 23, I called back and asked about my check and i was told that I was eligible after August 13. I was incorrectly told by a previous customer service rep from BlueView Vision back in May about my eligibility.
They denied my claim as well as my wifes.
I am asking for the covered amount of $282.00 for my vision plan.
