I was online, and suddenly, I could do nothing with my computer. If I shut it down and restart it, I have a message from "United States Cyber Security" stating, my computer has been locked for one of the following security issues (it states a bunch of things), says to send $200 via pay track, I think, tells you where to buy it, and about all fees, etc. I haven't had any damages, I've had to pay, yet&my fiance' is trying to fix this.
