Last week I repaired this scam by re-formatting our hard drive and restoring our system and then restoring all of our personal files (more than 50,000) from Carbonite. This took more than one week to complete.

This I feel cost us at least $5,000 including the loss of the use of the computer for a week.

Now this morning the same United States Cyber Security scam has once again locked up our computer.

I am hoping that some one will develope a simple method of removing the scam.
