I do not know who this company is but they generated a check for $30.00 without my authorization. The check was made out to Check Process (866) 678-3482 and when I called them they were no help and when I call the Palm Loan Advances (866) 789-3114 all I get is some hold music and then I am disconnected after 2 minutes of holding. I am extremely upset that someone can do this.
