I checked my bank acct today to find a missing $30. Upon further investigation, I discovered a check made out to some bogus "Check Processing" and the name Palm Loan Advances in the memo block. I have NEVER spoken with anyone from this company nor do I know anything about this company. If you get a charge like this on you account please call them PROMPTLY and keep calling until you speak with someone and then DEMAND to speak with the Supervisor. I finally got a response and supposedly will be getting a refund in 5-7 days. Let's see how this goes...
