Palm loan Advances claim I went to their website and agreed to an application fee for a loan. I have never heard of them nor have I ever been on their website. The company has fraudulently wrote a check in my name for 30.00 which resulted in my account being over-drafted which is a 34.00 fee. All together because of Palm Loan Advances I owe my bank 64.00. I do not know how they were able to do that being my account only had one dollar in it. I called palm loan advances and they keep saying i went on their website and agreed, when I disagreed and asked for my money back they offered me a gas card which I refused. After going back and forth with the supervisor named Ramona Sanchez, she then hung up on me with no resolution. Please help!!
