They took to much money

I bought a sleeper couch that fills like i've had it for 10 years it slumps tward the back they have (fixed) it 4-5 times a chase that has to be against the wall else you will flip over you sit on it and all you fill is board jus been pick up for the 2nd time proble come Back same way again why do they charge so much and furniture Aint worth ""?? @
