On 8/24 my cable, internet and phone was disconnected by comcast. I called and received info - involuntary disconnect due to competition and someone called in to disconnect. After 1 1/2 hours on phone all but internet was connected. A tech came out next day and said an activation of some equipment was not made in the comcast office. This took him over an hour as he had to wait 45 min on phone with tech office to get answer. Today, i called comcast office and was told that someone went into their store and requested disconnect but their employee did not make any notes. My concern is that they ask for last 4 numbers of social and this could be a breach of my id. Now, i am told social not needed, account number is accepted. Ok, now am told they must investigate this with the employee and will call me in a few days. Ok, my concern is all the different stories and the possible breach of id don't think i will ever know the truth
