I applied for this card and was promised a $1000 credit limit. I waited 2 weeks and the card never came. I called and was told that I should of received an email stating the problem and would receive my card between the 1st-6th of Dec. I never received it. I called once again and spoke with someone and was told that I should have the card any day. The cards had been sent out and they was getting calls from people stating they had received theirs. I waited another week and still no card. I tried to call back on Dec 12th but I was told that their phone lines were down due to an upgrade. I sent them an email. I never received an email responding to my questions, all I had received was an automated email stating that the cards were in transit and if I wanted a refund that I needed to call the back of the card I paid with and request the refund. At this point I still wanted the card, but I still made a claim withe the better business bureau. I called back today and now I am getting a message that their offices a closed. I have sent another email and still have not received a response. I went and added an update to my report with the BBB. At this point they can keep their crappy card I just want a refund.
